What should I do if I didn’t receive the coupon amount off my shop?

Please check your receipt and ensure your Asda Rewards barcode has been scanned. If it has been scanned and the coupon is showing as used but hasn’t been taken off the total of your shop, please call our customer services team and we will do our best to help you.
