My winnings aren't in my Cashpot or Wallet

It may take a short while for your winnings to appear in your Cashpot or Wallet. You can check your Cashpot history which will show what amount was won and when it was added. You can see any Coupons you have won in the Wallet section of your app. 
 
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the Asda Rewards app. 
 
Please note: this promotion ends on the 24th of December 2023. Any purchases made in store or online after this will not receive an entry.
