What if I dont have WIFI or mobile data in store?

You will still be able to scan your rewards app in an offline status as the barcode will still show when you open the app on your device. It will rebalance when the system has updated once you regain connection. 

If you wish to create a voucher using your Cashpot, you will need to do this while connected to WIFI or mobile data. You can check if there is WIFI available by contacting your local Asda store using our store locator. 

Please note: For security, we'll log you out of the Asda Rewards App every 30 days, so please check you are logged into your account and your barcode is available to scan while you're connected to WIFI or mobile data.
