How do I return a product I'm not happy with?

Our Returns and Exchange policy is designed so that you can return a product if you’re not entirely happy with something.  Our friendly and helpful colleagues at the in store Customer Service Desk will help you if you return within 30 days.   

You can return the purchased item** even if you’ve just changed your mind – so long as it’s in a resaleable condition and in its original packaging.  Just return the item to our store, preferably the store where you bought the product and preferably with your receipt or proof of purchase.
