I think I've been over-charged

We need to make sure the price you see is the price you pay at the checkout. If you think you’ve been over-charged, please take your receipt to our Customer Service desk, and our colleagues will be happy to look into this for you. If we've made a mistake and you've been over-charged, we'll give you a refund for the difference and a £2 Gift Card to say we're sorry.

If you've already left our store and have a question about what we've charged you, please take your receipt to our Customer Service desk next time you're in the store.
