My payment is being held in my bank account

Sometimes a card transaction can be interrupted when we are authorising your payment at the checkout. If this happens, your card issuer may place a temporary hold on the money.

If the money is being held but hasn't been taken from your account, please call your bank, and they will let you know when the funds will be released.
