If you need a VAT receipt for an in-store purchase, just ask a colleague when you're at the checkout or you can go to our Customer Service desk in store.
If you need a VAT receipt for a fuel purchase, please ask the colleague when you're paying at the kiosk or visit the store Customer Service desk with your sales receipt. It may also help if you tell us your registration number and the pump number too.
Already home? No problem. On your next visit to the store where you bought the product, take your sales receipt to the Customer Service desk. One of our colleagues will be able to get a VAT receipt printed for you.
If you need a VAT receipt and you don't have the original sales receipt our Customer Service desk colleagues can look for the transaction for you. We'll need the date and time you bought the product, the checkout number and the amount paid. Without this information, we may not be able to find the details.
