How do I use a Click & Collect locker?

How do I know which stores have lockers?

You can see where our lockers are located by the locker icon below when you search for a Click & Collect location, before you checkout. By clicking on the directions button, you can also see further details of where the lockers are located within the store.

How to use a Click & Collect locker

  • Before you get to the locker, make sure to have your Delivery Note with you - this contains your Order Number and QR code
  • At the locker, scan the QR code or type in your Order Number to begin. If your order contains age-restricted items, you'll be asked for your date of birth - this must match the date on the account
  • The screen will highlight which lockers your order is in. Open the lockers in the order displayed on the screen. Only when you close a locker will the next one open
  • If the door accidently closes or you miss an item, don't worry, you'll be given the option to re-open any lockers at the end.

Do you have any unwanted substitutions?

At the end of your collection, the screen will prompt you to ask if you'd like to return any items. If so, place them back in the locker and we'll process the return and refund for you.

Will my shopping be in bags when I collect it?

No. Please note that from July 31 2019, as part of our commitment to reducing plastic waste, we're removing the option to choose to have carrier bags with your Click & Collect order. However, we can still pack your order in bags for life if you require them for unloading your shopping or you can bring your own bags. See our carrier bags FAQ for more information.
