You can return most items if unused and in a saleable condition, for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase (exceptions apply).
How do I return an item?
Please return your items along with your receipt or proof of purchase and packaging to our customer service desk in store. If you don't have your receipt we'll issue a refund onto an Asda gift card to the value of the current selling price.
Returning a faulty item?
If a product you've bought develops a fault you can return this within 1 year from the date of purchase. Please return the item, along with the receipt to our customer service desk in store.
We're so proud of our own brand food products, if you're not 100% satisfied with them we'll give you a refund and replacement as part of our 'TRY ME LOVE ME' policy. Simply return the packaging to our customer service desk on your next visit and our team will use your feedback to help shape future product ranges.
Our George clothing and selected George home products have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not happy with your George product, simply return it to us with your receipt within 100 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. There are some exceptions which you'll find detailed in our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our 30 day returns policy also applies to electrical items. Simply return the item to us, along with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We're unable to provide a refund or exchange for any electrical items without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
