If you bought the item in store, you're in the right place.
Changed your mind?
You can return most items for a refund up to 30 days from the date you bought it, if they're unused and in a saleable condition (exceptions apply).
How do I return an item?
It's really easy. Simply return the item to our Customer Service desk. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase too. If you don't have these, no problem, we'll give you your refund at the current selling price on an Asda Gift Card.
Returning a faulty item?
If a product develops a fault within 1 year or when you bought it, please return the item, along with the receipt, to our Customer Service desk and we'll get it sorted.
We're really proud of our own brand food products, so if you're not 100% satisfied with them we'll give you a refund and replacement as part of our 'TRY ME LOVE ME' policy. Simply return the packaging to our Customer Service desk and we'll sort it out for you.
Our George clothing and selected George home products have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you're not happy with your George product, simply return it to us with your receipt within 100 days of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it for you. There are some exceptions which you'll find detailed in our Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our 30 day returns policy also applies to electrical items. Simply return the item to us, along with your original receipt within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. We're unable to provide a refund or exchange for any electrical items without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
