What can I do if I have a complaint?
Our customers are extremely important to us and we treat all complaints very seriously.
If for any reason you're unhappy with a product you've bought from us or a service you've received, here's what you can do:
Our pickers pride themselves in selecting the best quality products. If an item doesn't meet your expectations or it's damaged you can request a refund. Click here to see how to request a refund.
If there's something wrong with a product we've sold you, we want to know. You can make a complaint by contacting us on the options below. One of our service colleagues will log the details and arrange a refund. Remember to keep your packaging, as this will allow us to make note of date and production codes along with other information that may be of use.
We're proud of our colleagues and the service they deliver to you. We know what a difference it makes when we serve you in a warm and friendly way.

Rate your order and delivery driver
When receiving a delivery order you'll be given the opportunity to rate your order and driver. Follow the steps below to access your order details page, where you can leave feedback on your recent order to help us improve our service.
1. Visit the Asda Groceries website
2. Then click on Sign in and enter your registered email address and password
3. Click on Your orders
4. Click on View details
5. Click on Let us know (this will only appear when your order has been delivered)
6. You'll be asked to rate your order and driver and will be given the opportunity to leave feedback
