How do I track my order?

For orders placed on George.com please visit the Where is my George order FAQ.

After you've placed your order we'll keep you informed about the progress every step of the way, so please make sure your mobile number and email address are kept up to date.

Track your home delivery

  • Once you've completed your order and checkout, we'll email you an order summary.
  • On the day of your delivery, we'll email you when we've finished picking and packing your order. We'll include a link to your order details page which contains any updates to your order and a more accurate delivery window. See below for how to access your order details page.
  • You'll receive a text message once your order is out for delivery, with an update on our expected arrival time.

If for any reason your delivery is delayed or we're unable to make delivery, we'll send you a text or email to keep you updated. To find out why your delivery may have been cancelled please visit our Cancelled order FAQ. 

Track your Click & Collect order

  • Once you've completed your order and checkout, we'll email you an order summary.
  • On the day of your collection, we'll email you when we've finished picking and packing your order. We'll include a link to your order details page which contains any updates to your order. See below for how to access your order details page.
  • When you're ready to collect your order, simply go to the collection point, show your order number (or scan your QR code) and collect your shopping. You can find more information about your Click & Collect location in your order summary.

How do I access my order details?

1. Visit the Asda Groceries website.
2. Click on Sign in and enter your registered email and password. 
3. Click on Your Orders (in Android app click 'Orders'). 
4. Click on View Details (in Android and iOS apps click 'Select order').

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you're out and about and miss your delivery, your order will be returned to the store and cancelledWe do not take your payment – this will be in a holding fund at your bank until it’s released back into your account. To re-book your order, please see our Cancelled order FAQ. 

I need to know if you deliver to my area

Visit the Asda Groceries website, enter your postcode and click on Check postcode.

How do I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change an order before the day of delivery or collection. Please see our FAQ for how to do this.
