What do I do if a product I've bought is out of date? Print


If a product you've bought has been sold beyond its best before or use by date, please return it to store with your receipt, on your next visit. We'll be happy to replace or refund it.


We're always checking

Our colleagues follow a process to check dates on products, making sure we stay compliant. Products approaching their expiry date should be reduced in price or removed. Letting us know if we've missed something is really helpful and we can act on it.
