I think I've been overcharged, what do I do?


If for any reason you think you may have been overcharged please speak to a colleague in store or visit our Customer Service Desk, where we will be happy to look into your query.

If you've left our store and think you have paid more than you thought, please keep your receipt and visit the Customer Service Desk next time you're in store, and we will look into this for you.

We have colleagues who check our shelf edge labels are correct every day, to ensure the price you see is the price you pay at the checkout. If this isn't the case and you have been overcharged, we will issue you a refund for the difference and a £2 gift card as a goodwill gesture.
