Overcharged

I think I've been overcharged, what do I do?

 

Please visit the Customer Service Desk in store with your receipt, where a colleague will be happy to look into your query.

 

If you have been overcharged they will issue you with a refund for the difference and a £2 gift card as a goodwill gesture.
