Please return the packaging of any product you are unhappy with back to one of our Customer Service Desks next time you visit an Asda. One of our helpful colleagues will be happy to give you a refund or replacement for the item.
More importantly, we will also be able to log any feedback you have about the product on our internal systems. This allows us to monitor the comments our customers make about all our products in one place and feed any concerns back to our Buyers and Suppliers. This means we are always able to improve our products based on the feedback you give.
