I no longer have access to my security code phone number, how do I verify my account?

If you share an account with another user, you can contact the primary user to obtain the password that will be automatically sent to their phone.
 
Don’t worry, you can still use the Rewards app barcode to ‘earn’ on your shop, but you will not be able to use any vouchers until you have done the one-time password verification.
