After you’ve placed an order we’ll keep you informed about the progress every step of the way, so please make sure your mobile number and email address are kept up to date
 

Is your order for home delivery?

From our shops to your door- here’s how we aim to make your delivery quick and easy:

 

  • Once you’ve completed your order and checked out, we’ll email you an order summary.  Good news - you can add to your order until midnight the night before your delivery.

 

  • On the day of your delivery we’ll email you when we’ve finished picking and packing your order. We’ll include a link to your order details page which contains any updates to your order and a more accurate delivery window. This can also be accessed via your order details page – see below for how to access.

 

  • You’ll receive a text message once your order is out for delivery with an update on our expected arrival time.

If for any reason your delivery is delayed or we’re unable to make the delivery we’ll send you a text or email to keep you updated. Click here to find out why your delivery may have be cancelled.


 

Is your order for collection?
See below for the steps your Click & Collect order will go through:

 

  • Once you have completed your order and checked out, we'll email you an order summary. Good news - you can add to your order until midnight the night before your delivery (or 12pm for a same day collection).

 

  • On the day of your collection we’ll email you when we’ve finished picking and packing your order. We’ll include a link to your order details page which contains any updates to your order.

  • When you’re ready to collect your order, simply stop at the collection point, show your order number (or scan your QR code) and collect your shopping. You can find more information about your click and collect location in your order summary email.

 

How do I access my order details?
1. Click here to go to the grocery website.
2. Then click on Sign in and enter your registered email address and password - you can find this in the top right hand corner of the screen next to ‘Register’.
3. Click on Your orders - in the top right hand corner of the screen next to ‘Your Account’.
4. Click on View details - It's highlighted in blue to the right.
