Refunds & Exchange Policy
You can return most items (if they're unused and in saleable condition) for a full refund within 30 days (exceptions apply). Follow the link for more details Exchange & Refund Policy
It helps us if you bring your receipt or a proof of purchase, to tell us the price you paid and where and when you bought the product.
We're so proud of our own brand food products. If you're not 100% satisfied with them we'll give you a refund and replace them with something else as part of our 'TRY ME LOVE ME' policy. Please return the product packaging to the customer service desk on your next visit. We'll log the details about where and when the product was made so we can monitor the feedback you give us as part of our product quality process. This information is helpful when we're talking to our suppliers and developing new recipes and products.
Changed your mind?
Within 30 days of buying an electrical product? No problem. For a refund or exchange please bring your receipt with the product and packaging in an unused and saleable condition.
It's developed a fault!
Within 12 months bring it back along with the receipt and our colleagues on the customer service desk will get things sorted for you.
Most George items have a 100 day satisfaction guarantee. There are some exceptions which you'll find detailed in the guarantee. It helps us if you bring your receipt or proof of purchase, so we can refund or exchange the amount back using the payment method used when you bought it. If you don't have proof of purchase we'll give you a refund on a gift card to the value of the last selling price showing on our till.
