Clearing your cache and delete any cookies on your phone, tablet or desktop

Delete any cards that have expired on your account
1) Log into your account
2) Click on Your Account
3) Select Account Settings
4) Select 'delete' under the payment card section.
If you're using an iPad or iPhone, try switching off private browsing
